Orders Placed By Individuals:All individual orders must be accompanied by full payment (check, money order or credit card) plus shipping charges and applicable state tax (IL residents, 6.25%). We accept Visa and Masercard.

Check purchases:Our policy is to delay processing of any order paid by personal check for ten banking days after we deposit the check into our bank account. We have this policy in order to determine that the check has not been returned because of "insufficient funds". We thank you in advance for your patience if you pay by personal check.

Returns: If you return or exchange a product of any kind, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to the Illinois Fire Store.  All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.  Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging (unopened) with no evidence of use. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you purchased with a credit card you will receive credit back to the original card. If you paid with a check or money order you will receive reimbursement by check within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. All returns must have an return authorization (RA) code from Illinois Fire Store before sending the product back.  Please call the office for the RA code prior to shipping.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We will notify you of this upon receipt of the merchandise.

If you return a product for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product.

To return merchandise, use the same packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip. We suggest shipping your return via a trackable method. You are responsible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we will not be responsible for lost items.
